ANÁLISE SISTEMÁTICA DAS RESPOSTAS METABÓLICAS DA MICROBIOTA SOB APLICAÇÃO DE HERBICIDAS PRE-EMERGENTES EM SOLOS TROPICAIS

Resumo


O excesso de aplicação de agrotóxicos é motivado pela expansão de complexos agrícolas, como a cana-de-açúcar. Dentre os produtos mais usados, o clomazone, o hexazinone e o imazapic ganham destaque. Sabe-se que o comportamento de herbicidas no solo é dependente de características físico-químicas das moléculas e do solo, e a biodisponibilidade impacta diretamente na biodiversidade do solo. Portanto, o objetivo deste estudo foi fazer uma revisão sistemática e crítica em torno das similaridades metabólicas do mecanismo de ação dos produtos e das rotas bioquímicas de microrganismos de solo. As evidencias apontaram para similaridades que podem afetar negativamente e positivamente a microbiota do solo, existe um consenso da versatilidade do grupo das Pseudomonas sp. nos processos de degradação.
